There are four different kinds of learning theories.
ReplyDeleteA theory known as behaviorism is founded on the notion that actions may be controlled in accordance with their results. An illustration would be awarding a sticker for a right response.
Cognitive theory is concerned with how the mind organizes, stores, and retrieves information. The retention and recall aspects of cognition are emphasized. Asking questions and utilizing visual aids are two ways to put this notion to work.
Humanism is approached by encouraging students to be independent, to take ownership of their education, to be imaginative, and to be curious about their surroundings.
According to constructivism, learning is a process in which the student builds knowledge from prior experiences.
There are several learning theories and four of them are behaviorism, cognitivism, constructivism and humanism.
